The story begins at a prestigious university in a city, where a new student (a fresher) enters the hostel with big dreams and hopes. As the investigation progresses, layers of negligence within the seniors, hostel administration, and the university system begin to unfold. The story also portrays the struggle of students and families who try to bring the truth to light. The narrative emerges from a shocking incident that exposes serious issues such as ragging and institutional negligence.
