Casetu Nagen is an upcoming Assamese Comedy and thriller film written and directed by Dhanjit Das. The film is produced by Khalequer Zaman under the banner of RKZ Films. The visual brilliance of the project was brought to life by Cinematographer Chandra Kumar das, while editing was masterfully handled by Uddipta Kumar Bhattacharyya. Casetu Nagen Plot
A remote Assamese village named Kachubari witnessed a network marketing scam which changed the lives of several families. Years later, a man comes to the village to find a man named “Nagen”. But he is shocked to find that every household has someone named “Nagen”. As he unravels the mystery, he realises that “Nagen” is not just a man’s name but a story and deception from the village’s past. The film is a mystery that explores identity, deception and truth.
