Gandhi Talks is an Indian drama film scheduled to be released in theatres on 30 January 2026. The film attempts to re-establish the tradition of silent cinema in a contemporary Hindi film landscape. Made in India, the film has a runtime of 130 minutes and had its first screening at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in 2023. Vijay Sethupathi announced the film in January 2021, principal photography began in May 2022, and the project was officially announced on 2 October 2022.
Gandhi Talks Plot
The story revolves around Mahadev, an unemployed man who repeatedly fails in his attempts to find a job. Struggling under financial and emotional pressure, Mahadev reaches a turning point in life when he meets Boseman, an extremely wealthy businessman whose vast business empire is on the verge of collapse. Circumstances bring the two men closer, and Mahadev devises a plan that could not only transform his own life but also give a new direction to Boseman’s uncertain future.
