Following the Mumbai blasts of 2006, 200 kilograms of RDX mysteriously vanished. Even years later, no trace of it could be found. Meanwhile, an ATS officer covertly arrives in the Koliwada area and, with the assistance of some local youths, launches a mission to locate the dangerous RDX. Time is running out, for if the explosives were to fall into the wrong hands, the city could once again face a major catastrophe.
